Passionate about food and travel, he is married to a Danish woman and dedicates his projects to showcasing Argentine culture in an authentic, experiential way. He is the creator of Fogón Asado, an immersive restaurant inspired by the ritual of the Argentine asado, recognized by the Michelin Guide.
